Brett did a complete remodel of our house in Tahoe Swiss Village. In addition to interior flooring, Kitchen cabinets and appliances, and lighting it also included new exterior siding and a new deck. Remodeling projects can involve significant aggravation but through it all Brett was a pleasure to deal with.

Brett Tippin has done two major remodeling projects to our home in Carnelian Bay. The first was more extensive has it required opening up a load bearing wall, renovating a bathroom, adding a wet bar wall and totally revamping the kitchen layout. Brett’s design ideas are exceptional. His craftsmanship superb! Everyone comments on the beautiful woodworking he has created around on the windows… special touches that bring warmth to any room. The second project was to remodel our master bath and bedroom. Again, Brett made magic happen. Communication is easy. He is excellent in making sure you achieve your remodeling goals. Brett installed several double pane windows, subbed out some plumbing work that was sorely needed, and installed a new front door for us. From the number of available options he presented after hearing our vision, through the ordering of materials, and the installation(s), communications were clear and led to an outcome that was just as promised.
